Shipping Information
Lock & Mane is pleased to offer free standard shipping (i.e., UPS Ground or USPS Priority) on all continental U.S. merchandise orders of $50 or more (excluding taxes). For orders less than $50, the delivery charge for UPS Ground or USPS Priority is our standard charge. Our standard shipping charges and estimated delivery times are as follows:

Complimentary Shipping Offers
Free shipping offers are valid for standard shipping (i.e., UPS Ground or USPS Priority) only. These offers apply to shipments to the continental U.S. only and not to shipments to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. Territories, APO/FPO/DPO boxes, or international locations. These offers also do not apply to preorders or multiple, bulk, oversize, or heavy orders. Offers cannot be combined with some other offers (including Monthly Obsession offers), transferred, or redeemed for cash.
The subtotal determines whether an order qualifies for free shipping. The subtotal is the total amount of an order after any applicable discount(s) and coupon code(s) and before any applicable sales taxes or shipping charges.
Business Days
Business days are Monday - Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays.
Processing Times
Orders received on business days are usually processed the same day or by the end of the next business day. Orders received on Saturday and Sunday are usually processed by close of business on the next business day (usually Monday).
UPS 3 Day, 2nd Day Air, and Next Day Air
Please note that UPS 3 Day, 2nd Day Air, and Next Day Air orders should be placed by 2 p.m. Eastern Standard Time (EST) to be processed on the same business day.
Hazardous Materials
Due to air transport restrictions, certain items containing aerosols and alcohol-based products (e.g., pressurized spray cans, hairspray, etc.) are considered hazardous materials and required by the U.S. Department of Transportation to be shipped by ground-only transport. Unfortunately, hazardous material items are not permitted to be shipped to Alaska or Hawaii or internationally.
Alaska and Hawaii
For shipments to Alaska and Hawaii, we offer USPS Priority and UPS (2nd Day Air and Next Day Air) services.
P.O. Boxes
For P.O. boxes, the USPS is the only shipping service available.
International Shipping
Lock & Mane makes every effort to ship worldwide. Our standard carriers for international shipments (including shipments to Canada and Puerto Rico) are the U.S. Postal Service (USPS), UPS Worldwide, and DHL, to the extent available. Our standard shipping charges and estimated delivery times for international shipments up to 3 pounds are as follows:

Notes on International Shipping
- Shipping costs are based on packages of up to 3 pounds. Oversized packages are subject to extra shipping costs.
- All international orders are subject to local fees, taxes, duties and customs. Lock & Mane does not pay these additional charges. Please contact your local customs office for full details.
- Although we will try our best to use the shipping carrier you select, we reserve the right to ship using a comparable service from one of our other standard carriers, if we deem prudent.
- The delivery times shown above are estimates only. Actual time in transit can vary widely by country and locale. Also, please note that this transit time does not include time spent in customs. Customs clearance can take anywhere from several hours to several days, and there is no way to predict or to influence the exact time. Fortunately, Lock & Mane processing times are typically the same as for domestic packages (see above).
- In most countries, once the package is cleared through customs usually it will be handed off to your local postal service for delivery. In Canada, for example, your delivery likely will be completed by Canada Post. In the United Kingdom, your delivery likely will be completed by the Parcel Force.
- While our shipping carriers are able to ship to many countries, we cannot guarantee that an item can be shipped to you. Additionally, we are restricted from shipping Alterna internationally. If we are unable to ship an item to you, we will gladly issue you a full refund.
- International customers bear the risk of loss on international shipments. Please contact Customer Care to request insurance.
- Due to transport restrictions, hazardous material items are not permitted to be shipped internationally.
