I tested the Juniper & Olive Tree Shampoo for Normal Hair, the Achillea Conditioner and the Shea Butter Hair Mask. The Juniper & Olive Tree Shampoo was a great cleanse for daily use and at only $18 a pop, definitely worth it considering that most eco-friendly products pack the punch in terms of price. The Achillea conditioner was great as well, softening my hair gently and leaving no heavy residue. Both are fabulous options for daily use, especially for you greenies looking for a luxurious yet all-natural line!
My favorite was the Hair Mask. Offered in a pump, the mask comes out thick and creamy with an amazing musky cologne-scent. I’m a huge fan of guys’ colognes (and often steal a spritz from my hubby!) so this subtle cologne fragrance was amazing. The Shea Butter in the mask has excellent softening properties, and I noticed it immediately after drying my hair — it was moisturized but not weighed down. This is a great mask for normal to fine hair, but note that it may not be enough for those with very thirsty dry locks. If you do need a heavier conditioner, try the fabulous Silk Milk Conditioner for Colored or Dehydrated Hair.
Love KORRES! This is a great green product line and I like that it’s one of the more affordable ones on this site.
